How do I make changes to my journey?
You can only make changes to your journey via the website, by logging on with your personal log in and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request that it be resent.
Once logged in to your account, go to the YOUR JOURNEYS tab and select the journey that you want to change.
What details can I change?
All of your taxi trip details can be altered: date, time, itinerary, number of passengers, number of bags, vehicle type, add-on features and services, passenger details and billing details.
If your new journey works out cheaper than the initial journey, you will be directly refunded to the bank card used to pay for the order within 72 hours (+ any potential additional time specific to your bank).
If your new journey works out more expensive than your initial journey, you will be required to settle the balance using the same card used for the initial payment.
How long do I have to change my taxi journey?
Change periods can vary depending on your chosen partner. Please read your partner taxi’s change conditions.
Beyond the set deadline, no further changes can be made.
