DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL ADRESSES
G7 Booking lets you book trips in 5 French cities (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux and Toulouse). To save time, you can save your favourite addresses (office, home) to avoid having to input them manually every time you book.
DATE AND TIME
You can book 24/7 for round-the-clock transfers.You can book up to 1 hour prior to your desired pick-up time.
NUMBER OF PASSENGERS
In order to offer you a vehicle to suit your needs, we will ask for the number of passengers travelling (adults, kids, babies). Baby seats and booster seats may be available upon booking for some vehicles.
CHOOSE YOUR CAR AND ADD-ONS
We will display all results that match your search. You can refine your search by selecting the features or services you need.
For each type of vehicle, we can offer you one or more partners especially selected for you. Choose one to suit you. You can choose to add on extra services and optional features.
CONFIRM YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS
Before confirming your booking, we need to confirm that passengers’ details are correct.
If you are the passenger, these details are automatically entered using your account information. Please check and confirm them. If you are not the passenger, please check the passenger details carefully.
PAY FOR YOUR ORDER
At this stage, you’re nearly done – all that is left to do is pay. The price given is a fixed, flat rate. You won’t have anything extra to pay your driver on the day of your transfer. Choose from 2 payment methods:

You can save your card payment details to save time when booking future taxis.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Change or cancellation periods can vary depending on your chosen service provider. Please read your service provider’s change/cancellation conditions.
Beyond the specified period, you can still change or cancel your order, but no refund will be given.
THE DAY OF YOUR TRIP
Pick-up instructions can vary according to your chosen service provider. Please check our service providers pick-up instructions.
AFTER YOUR TRIP
You will receive your journey invoice by email upon completion of the transfer in question.Please note that if you have booked several journeys, you will be sent a single invoice following completion of your final transfer.
